The purpose of this website is to introduce Psychic Surgeons and Psychic Surgery history and research. Psychic Surgery is the Intellectual Property of the Indigenous Tribes of the Philippines whose Oral Traditions are protected by "Traditional and Alternative Medicine Act (TAMA) of 1997". Specifically invoked are the Ilocano Tribal Oral History of the Jodell Bumatay and Homer Castillo and their family members.

There are many sources of information which are not available to either the general public or among the various groups of practitioners. The mission of this web site is to bring practitioners, researchers and interested parties together. Please read the Philippine TAMA of 1997 for clarity about our intent of providing information in accordance with the rights of Indigenous Tribal Traditions passed via Oral Traditions of our Ancestors - Australio-Malay-Poly-nesian, or any other Continental Indigenous Peoples who may be referenced or offer references. Research is authenticated based upon the analysis of logical measures to observe and/or experience the phenomenon known as Psychic Surgery. There have been numerous scientists, doctors, parapsychologists, and laymen who have researched Psychic Surgery throughout the last century. There are uncountable experiencers who have never been able to tell their own personal stories about their account - either their perceptions or their results.
The criteria to join the Psychic Surgeon Web Ring will be based upon authenticating information that you submit as reputable based upon your experiences with known researchers or practitioners known in the Philippines, Brazil, Australia, UK, North or South America. There are known lineages of apprentices and practitioners in these areas. Practitioners will be authenticated based upon their affiliations with known practitioners and/or known researchers.
Due to the discretion of the reputations involved, validating of being accepted as reporting as an experiencer, researcher, or practitioner, total anonymity cannot be accepted, as there will be no proof to guarantee honesty by anonymous reports of events. If you are a laymen experiencer and do not wish to be named but wish to make a report of your experience, please include your real name with your story and include the practitioners real name so that there is one party who is authentic. If you do not have permission to include their name, then you must submit your real name in order for your report to be accepted.

Practitioners are by invitation only due to the nature of Psychic Surgery; authenticating a practitioner is tested by means of practice and recommendation of experiencers, researchers, and also may include Indigenous Historical Facts. If you would like to be listed as a Psychic Surgeon and you have not been previously invited to join, you must submit verification of your affiliation with a known group of practitioners who validate either your training or your practical experience.
